Work For Us
Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) employs a large number of PSU student technologists who undergo focused training, professional development and team building on an annual basis. Our student team members gain real hands-on experience working in the fields of Technology Support, Web Development, Network Administration, Computer Hardware Repair and Academic Technology. Many of our students stay with us for their entire four years and graduate not only with an outstanding degree from Plymouth State University, but with valuable job experience they can list on their resumes!
We are always looking for motivated, skilled and service oriented students to join our team. Below you will find a listing of the positions we are looking to fill for the upcoming school year and a link to their respective on-line application forms. Note that ET&S student staff begin their Mandatory Training a week to 10 days before the start of the Fall academic term and will need to be prepared to move to campus early.
Enterprise Technology Helpdesk
The Enterprise Technology Help Desk is looking to hire students to work at the Help Desk located in the HUB. The Help Desk provides technology troubleshooting, campus information, and directory information to the entire USNH community.
We are looking for students who enjoy working with the public, enjoy working with technology, and who have prior work experience in a customer service environment. We hire students of all majors for both work study and non-work study positions. Students who work for the Help Desk gain valuable real-world experience in both customer service and technological skills. Many of the students who have worked here in the past have gone on to have successful careers after graduation.
Learning Space Technologies
Learning Space Technologies team supports over 180 mediated classrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces on campus year-round. We employ technicians with the willingness to learn valuable customer service and technology skills with on-the-job training in a positive, dynamic, and challenging work environment. If you enjoy working with people and love technology, this might be the right position for you. Working in Learning Space Technologies, means that you’ll troubleshoot and find varied solutions each and every day you work – no day will be the same!
PSU IT Depot
The PSU IT Depot is looking for employees who have excellent customer service skills and are self-motivated. Additionally, student applicants should have a basic knowledge of computer operation and terminology and basic hardware. There are typically two positions in this department and we welcome enthusiastic students with these skills to apply.
